Are you considering a postgraduate degree at Aston University? A GREAT Scholarship could be for you! 

GREAT Scholarships are jointly funded by Aston University with the UK government's GREAT Britain campaign and the British Council.  In addition to receiving a £10,000 scholarship, all GREAT scholars will be invited to a welcome event in the first semester and a networking event in the second semester. 

We are offering £10,000 towards tuition fees for any one-year postgraduate-level taught course to one student from each of the following countries who will enrol at Aston University in the 2022-23 academic year. (Please note - excluded courses are the MBA and Postgraduate Diploma for Overseas Pharmacists (OSPAP)). 

  • Bangladesh

  • Egypt

  • Nepal

  • Kenya (Justice and law only) 

In order to apply for this scholarship, you must have achieved the equivalent of a UK 2:1 degree qualification. You must also be a national and a current resident of a country listed below (you will be required to share a photo of your passport during the application process).

Eligibility criteria

  • Course: any one-year postgraduate-level taught course (excluding the MBA and OSPAP).

  • Nationality: Bangladesh, Egypt, Nepal (you must also be a current resident of your country)

  • Minimum academic qualification: equivalent of a UK 2:1 degree qualification
